Torrequemada Country Estate
This farmhouse surrounded by olive groves has been hardly restored since XVIIIth century, so it conserves all the charm and beauty of its origins. All the areas available for celebrations preserve the layout of the original structure.
It was an old Muslim farmstead, which was later awarded to Lord Gonzalo García de Torrequemada when the area was divided up, hence its name. Since 1331 it has belonged to Sancho Lopez and his wife who greatly exploited its olive richness.
The main country house is composed of a rectangular courtyard at the entrance that leads into the manor’s courtyard featuring a colonnade with semicircular arches and marble columns. The main room is an old mill, with a chapel and private garden at the back.
It is the perfect place to celebrate private events and parties, family meals, baptisms, communions, and of course your wedding. Moreover, it is the ideal environment to organize company events.
